Great interview :-) ! Interesting about the water bit. Our old Shiba used to LOVE the water and swimming. LOVE IT! lol. Maybe its not so uncommon?

Whoa! That’s crazy. Shio won’t even go near water!

Shiba Kisses

As we mentioned before, we met Jonathan Fleming in Brooklyn two weekends ago and had a small photo-fest with Shio and the Shibal Inus. Jonathan posted up the photos from our meeting on his website recently, and I can’t help but stare at one picture of Shio sitting and looking up at the camera. I…

We usually kiss Suki on what me and Bridge call her “creamy cheeks” ^_^

That’s a good, good spot all right! I also like to nuzzle the super soft fur right behind his ears.

Right on the muzzle, and yes, definitely behind the ears. So heavenly soft….

I don’t really do well with walks either…unless theres LOTS of TREATS and zero distractions. But that’s rare. Humom says she likes your blog because we Shibas are a rare but fun breed.

AGREED!

Feel free to follow my blog: http://amoosa154.blogspot.com

KNOX!!! You are utterly adorbs! Make sure your humans take lots of pictures of you growing up!

The Blame Game

I don’t know what it’s like to have a child but I imagine that having a dog helps prepare a couple for one. For instance, Josh and I sat around playing the blame game today. Me: Shio kept me up all night. Josh: Because he’s been sitting at home the last three days and has…

hmm….so why didn’t Shio’s hudad exercise him if he noticed it needed done? ;-)
We are lucky – Zuko is pretty lazy and doggie daycare gets rid of *most* of the rest of his energy during the week. And he sleeps VERY well at night. Though he has been running in his sleep the last two nights and kicking me….
