Oh my! My husband and I just talked about “50 First Dates” this weekend when referring to our foster Janie! She ‘resets’ every morning, and we have to get her used to us all over again. At night she’s fine, then morning comes and its back to being petrified.

I’m convinced that fear, more so than aggression or hyperactivity, is the HARDEST thing to work on with dogs. There is so much lacking in our understanding of them and the language barrier – it’s tough stuff.

Emi sounds like she’s making really great progress, though. Whatever you are doing – keep it up!
