Originally named Nemo, Shio was born on 12/24/2008 and was picked up by Josh and Ting from the breeder on 3/21/2009. An hour and a half later, Shio arrived in his new home in NYC.
That night, he had his one and only poopy accident in the apartment.
Like a bomb dropping in the middle of our apartment, our lives would never be the same.
This website is a celebration of Shio, and a guide to others looking to bring a Shiba Inu into their lives.

Hey Josh/Ting, beautiful Shiba. My sister (Laurie) gave me this website to look at since I am interested in a Shiba. What breeder did you get Shio from?

Hi – Where can we meet Shio? We have a 2 1/2 year old Shiba, and we are always interested in meeting other Shibas.
